Stockholm was an absolute blast! I can’t think of many things I’d like to do more than play on a boat with Guitar Wolf. Maybe piss in Michael Gove’s face. Though thinking about it, Michael Gove would probably enjoy having someone urinate in his horrible face THE SICK TORY BASTARD. Beautiful spring weather, spent the day drinking schnapps and watching the local midsommar festivities in the park (from what I could figure this consisted of drinking a lot and doing a frog dance round a makeshift maypole). Caught up with lots of old friends on the boat, really enjoyed playing a Black Time show, and was fortunate to witness The Blacks, Guitar Wolf and The Love Triangle all on great form. Huge thanks to Lotta and Thomas for making it all happen, Magnus for lending me a sick guitar to play (70s Hagstrom Partner), Jakob, Carey, Tom, Sally, Jen, the Denton massive; and Stix, Too Bad and Lowdown for making it a great weekend.
